480 Acre State of Alaska Gold Claim (AK)
480 State of Alaska Gold Claims. 1 1/2 Hours north of Fairbanks. Claims have excellent road access. 2015 permits are done for a full placer mining operation and will be transferred to new owners. ADL 719008-719010. We spent $20,000 for testing in 2014. The pan in the picture is from a 20 yard test run. Overburden is only 10' deep. Pay gravel showed $12-$14 per yard at $1,200 OZ. The only reason I'm selling these claims is to raise revenue for a larger operation. $99,000 for all 480 acres or $33,000 for 160 acre section ADL 719009 or $66,000 for 320 acres ADL 719008 & 719010.
